Sports Nutrition Coaching

Work with our dietitian, Lindsay Hazard, to use something you do multiple times a day (EAT) to take advantage of all your training and achieve your performance goals. Nutrition can take your performance and body to a new level no matter what type of athlete you are - a student-athlete, marathon runner, professional athlete, weekend warrior, bodybuilder, or team sport athlete. Topics like supplements, pre-workout nutrition, hydration, recovery, body composition changes, during race/tournament nutrition can be answered and made simple. Lindsay knows athletes all live busy lives and educates athletes on how to make nutrition part of their daily routine to support their overall performance goals along with health and wellness.
